Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a Ribbon Cutting at 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9 at the Orange County River Festival and the Backwater Challenge located at the City of Orange Boat Ramp at 1000 Simmons Drive in Orange.
