Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce hosts a ribbon cutting for the 86th Annual St. Mary Spring Festival will be held from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., Saturday, April 27 and 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., Sunday, April 28 at the school grounds, 2600 Bob Hall Road in Orange. The event is held rain or shine, is free of charge and it is open to the public.
