Spring Bazaar at St. Paul

The Spring Bazaar at St. Paul will be held Saturday, Apr. 21 at St. Paul UMC in Bridge City at 1155 W. Round Bunch Rd. from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. An afternoon filled with shopping and fun. Vendors varying from jewelry and beauty to local artists showing and selling. Lunch will be available too

 

Celebratory Tea Party and Appreciation Service

Orange Church of God at 1911 N. 16^th Street in Orange will be honoring and celebrating their own, gifted Lady Tina Moffett. The Celebratory Tea Party will be Saturday, Apr. 28 starting at 10 a.m. with guest speaker Lady Francesca (Fran) York from First Lady of Pillar of Glory of Houston. The Apreciation Service will be Sunday, Apr. 29 starting at 4 p.m. with the guest speaker being Lady Kabrina White from First Lady of From the Heart of Houston.

 

St. Mary Spring Festival

The Spring Festival is one of St. Mary’s long-standing traditions. For 85 years, families have gathered in the school grounds to eat, play, and work hard to raise funds that keeps the school’s doors open year after year. The event will be held Apr. 28-29 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic School at 2600 Bob Hall Rd. in Orange.

 

Concert

First Baptist Church of Vidor will host a concert at 6 p.m. Sunday, April 29 at the church, 350 N. Main Street. Mercy’s Well is a versatile Southern Gospel group that appeals to old and young alike. The church will take a love offering.

 

Feeding the Hungry

Mt. Olive Baptist Church is Feeding the Hungry at 12 Noon gathering with prayer every Thursday at the Rosa Watson Caring Kitchen located at 106 West Park Ave. in Orange. Rev. Ronnie Crockett, pastor. For more information call 886-2508

1^st Presbyterian Church located at 902 Green Ave. in Orange offers lunch from 11:30 a.m. – 12:20 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays.
