PRESS RELEASE — On January 26, 2016 at 10:12 PM, officer’s from the City of Orange Police Department responded to a burglary alarm at 4514 W. Lutcher, McCoy’s Building Supply.  Officers arrived and discovered a broken window.  Officers discovered evidence to indicate entry had been made into the business and items were stolen.  After a search of the area, a subject was located hiding in a grassy area.  The subject was identified as Roger Dale Owens.  During a search of the area of arrest several items of evidence were located and seized.  Owens was arrested for Burglary of a Building and Burglary of a Vehicle.
