SILSBEE — The Bridge City Cardinals dropped their District 22-4A opener Tuesday night, falling to defending Class 4A state champion Silsbee 92-52 at Tiger Gym.

Kolten Weeks powered the Cardinal attack with 15 points while Beau Martin added 10.

The Cardinals will play host to Hamshire-Fannett Friday.

The Lady Cardinals also fell to Silsbee 59-41 to go to 1-1 in 22-4A play. The Lady Cardinals will visit Hamshire-Fannett Friday.
