A joint investigation in Orange prompted by multiple complaints of drug activity led to the arrest of two men earlier this week.

 

On July 8, the investigation by the City of Orange Narcotic Division, the West Orange Police Department, and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Narcotic Division culminated in the execution of a search warrant at a residence located at No.8 Circle C in Orange. The investigation was initiated in response to multiple complaints of suspected drug activity at the location, according to information from OPD.

 

During the course of the investigation, law enforcement officers identified Mario Peeples, 35, and Robyn Simpson, 32, as individuals reportedly engaged in the sale of illegal narcotics from the residence.

 

Upon executing the search warrant, officers recovered methamphetamine, cocaine, synthetic marijuana, and multiple firearms from inside the home. Notably, the narcotics were found in areas accessible to children who were present in the residence at the time, posing a significant risk to their safety.
