UPDATE: Police search for persons involved in Dollar General shooting

UPDATE: William Webb, 21, of Orange was arrested Saturday morning for the aggravated robbery of the dollar general that happened several nights ago. Bond will be set at arraignment.

Orange County Sheriff Deputies searched for a man fleeing the scene of a robbery at the Dollar General store, Thursday night, on Farm to Market Road 1442 near Intestate 10.
The person of interest was not apprehended at the time. However, two persons of interest are being questioned at this time.
A man reportedly shot the door of the store at approximately 10 p.m. Thursday night before entering the building.
Employees were unharmed as they locked themselves in a room when the shots were fired.
The man was described as wearing a long sleeved camo shirt with gloves, a mask and dark pants. He was also carrying a hatchet or hammer in his other hand.
Beaumont Police Department was called to assist with a K-9 unit.
