The driver of a vehicle stuck on the railroad tracks at 9:34 p.m. on Wednesday near Bob Hall and Allie Payne was arrested for public intoxication.
A woman was standing next to the white four-door sedan when Orange police officers arrived at the scene.
The vehicle, according to the police report, had left the roadway while traveling westbound on Allie Payne and was stuck on the railroad tracks facing westbound.
An officer detected an aroma of an alcoholic beverage coming from the woman and asked if she had been drinking or taken any drugs.
The woman, 18, told the officer she had not and agreed to perform a test to determine if she was intoxicated.
She was taken into custody for public intoxication.
