PRESS RELEASE — On December 8, 2016, at 5:34 am, Orange PD Officers were dispatched to FM 1006 and E. Roundbunch in reference to an assault victim.  Officers arrived and located a man with a cut to his left forearm.  Officers were told the assault occurred at 1601 Georgia St., Orange, Texas.  The victim was transported by ambulance to St. Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.  He was last reported in stable condition.

Through investigation it was discovered that Roxanne Castaneda assaulted the man with a knife.  Castaneda was arrested for Aggravated Assault w/Deadly Weapon. Castaneda was transported to Orange County jail and released to jail staff.
