Man arrested following pursuit

Orange County Troopers attempted conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle at approximately 5:20 p.m. Monday on Farm to Market Road 105 near Vidor. The subject did not stop and a pursuit ensued. The subject continued to flee from Troopers and crashed his white Chevrolet SUV near Acres road.
Patrick Culbreath, 32, of Winnie, the driver of a white Chevrolet SUV, led Troopers down several small roads and back to Farm to Market Road 105.
Culbreath continued to flee and crashed his vehicle in a pasture near Langham West Road.
After crashing, Culbreath got out of his vehicle and fled on foot. Troopers quickly apprehended him without further incident.
Culbreath received minor injuries in the crash and was transported to an area hospital.
At this time, Culbreath is in custody; however, it is unclear as to why he fled from Troopers.
There were no other vehicles involved in the crash and no other injuries were reported.
Currently, Culbreath has two outstanding Felony warrants for his arrest and additional charges are pending as a result of this incident.
