Crowds gather for 4th of July fun, fireworks

Orange County came together last week to celebrate Independence Day at the Riverside Pavilion on Simmons Drive marking the occasion with a vibrant array of activities. The event featured a variety of food trucks, engaging kids  activities, live music by Intensity Bands, and a dazzling fireworks display, creating a festive atmosphere for all ages.

 

The celebration kicked off the afternoon with food trucks lining the Pavilion grounds, offering a diverse selection of culinary delights. From classic American Fare to unique local specialties, families and friends got to enjoy a feast while soaking in the lively ambiance. Children were entertained with a range of games, bouncy houses, face painting and balloon animals, ensuring that there was fun for everyone. 

 

As evening approached, the crowd gathered to enjoy a performance by Intensity Bands. Their energetic set that included a variety of popular songs encourages attendees to dance and sing along creating a sense of unity and excitement .

 

As night fell, the highlight of the evening arrived with a fireworks display that illuminated the sky. The colorful bursts of light and resounding sounds captivated the audience, providing a stunning backdrop to the celebration and evoking a sense of pride and joy.

 

The Riverside Pavilion buzzed with laughter, music and a strong sense of community spirit, making it a perfect venue for families and friends to celebrate the holiday together. As the night concluded, attendees left with cherished memories and a renewed sense of patriotism, looking forward to next year’s 4th of July festivities in Orange.
