The City of Orange has an approved debris removal contractor, D&J Enterprises, and an approved monitoring contractor, GP Strategies. There is currently a 3rd party contractor that is unassociated with the City of Orange that is charging residents to push debris from private property into the right of way. Any damages caused by this 3rd party contractor is not the responsibility of the City of Orange, D&J Enterprises, or GP Strategies.

As a reminder, D&J Contractors are not authorized to be on private property, please place separated debris piles within the right of way.
