Orange County Emergency Response teams and residents took part in a full-scale state exercise on Tuesday, at both Vidor Elementary and the Orange County Convention and Expo Center, to prepare for future hurricane disasters. Commissioner Jody Crump, who was one of many who took place in the exercise, said, “With human lives there’s no room for error, so we’re making sure we’re prepared for what’s inevitable.”
