Mrs. Michelle D. Blanchard

 

The Celebration of Life for Mrs. Michelle Denise Blanchard, 50, of Orange will be Saturday, May 26th, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Starlight Church of God In Christ.

Rites of Christian Burial will follow in Hollywood Community Cemetery under the direction of Sparrow Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9 until 11 a.m.

She died May 13th.

An Orange native, she was a 1986 graduate of West-Orange Stark High School, and Lamar University-Orange, with a degree in Accounting.

A devoted member of the Mount Calvary Baptist Church for many years, she was a member of Starlight Church Of God In Christ.

At the Starlight Church of God In Christ, she was the Financial Secretary, President of the Young Women’s Christian Council and a member of the Women’s Chorus.

Survivors include her loving and devoted husband Minister Kevin Blanchard, one son, D’Metree Blanchard, her mother, Gloria Gray Harmon, her father, Percy Lee Harmon, grandmother, Mary (Put) Gray, two sister/cousins, Bridgette Edward and Kimberly Carter, and two nieces, Ra’Shondria Sibley and Jeleecia Jones.
