Smith Memorial Scholarship endowed

The Charles S. Smith Memorial Scholarship, managed by the Vidor Schools Foundation, was recently endowed. Celebrating the endowment along with a host of community members was Charlesene (Mrs. Charles R.) Smith, seated. She was joined by members of the community and Board of Directors of the Vidor Schools Foundation left to right: Vidor City Manager Mike Kunst, VSF board members Suzie Davis, Kimberly Crossley, Vidor School Foundation board president Darrell Minton, and Cindy Minton.
