KOUNTZE – The Orangefield Bobcats dropped a tight one on the road Friday night, falling to the Kountze Lions 69-66 at Lions Gym in District 22-3A play.

Coy Bryant led the Bobcats (12-13, 1-2) against the Lions (9-5, 2-1), scoring 19 points.

Kaiden DuBose filtered in 12 points and dished out five assists while Payton Wrinkle filled up the stat sheet with eight points, six rebounds, four assists and four steals.

The Bobcats will be back at home Tuesday when they welcome in the Anahuac Panthers.
