It’s a little rare to see baby possums arrive at LSU’s Small Animal Clinic in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Found in their dead mother’s pouch at the side of a road, an animal shelter employee with the City of Baton Rouge discovered the six baby possums alive and recently brought them in his pockets for veterinarians to place in their Wildlife Care Center.
