Walter Cobb, 88, former city of Orange Chief of Police and City Administrator of the city of Pinehurst, passed away on Match 28, 2017 in Shelby Township, MI. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mary Katherine, his children, Tim and Randy Cobb, Kay Jones, and Anne Pyle, as well as 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
