Person arrested for outstanding warrants during injured child call on Saturday

A large disturbance involving an injury to a child and several assaults were reported at approximately 8:20 p.m. Saturday at the 900 block of Cooper Street in Orange.
While Orange police officers were obtaining witness statements, the unidentified child and another individual were transported by ambulance for their injuries.
While investigating the disturbance, law enforcement was able to determine Deonsha Jamal Scott, 26, had outstanding Orange Municipal Court warrants for two counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility, bond $500 each and fine $396 each.
Scott was transported to the Orange County Jail.
