Orangefield High School students collected over $100 during the October 4 PINK OUT Volleyball game. Students donated the money to Julie Rogers Gift of Life Awareness Program.  According to their website, the mission of the organization is “To provide Southeast Texans extensive educational outreach that focuses on breast, prostate, testicular, ovarian, and other gynecological cancers; free mammograms and prostate cancer screenings with access to follow-up treatment for medically underserved women and men; and a tobacco prevention program, which targets both adults and children.”

OHS students thank the Little Cypress Mauriceville and Orangefield fans for their generous donations to benefit this worthwhile program.
