The Vidor Public Library has initiated the “Amnesty” Program on overdue library books, dvd’s, and cd’s. From June 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016, library patrons who have overdue materials (no matter how long they have had them) may return them with all fees and fines waved for each item returned in good condition.
