Resource Centers Open for Area Flood Victims

Kirbyville Center Open
Beaumont, TX – March 30, 2016…The American Red Cross and local partners will continue this week to aid those impacted by recent storms and floods. A new Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) will be open in Kirbyville at the Kirbyville United Methodist Church. MARCS will continue to be open in the Orange and Deweyville areas. MARC locations and times of operation are listed below:
Fixed MARCs open through Saturday, April 2, from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. each day

Visitors can expect to meet with case workers who will help identify potential resources to aid in their recovery. Items such as food, water and cleaning supplies will be available. To ensure visitors receive the help they need, they should bring a utility bill, driver’s license or other document showing they live in the flood-affected home.
Families with flood-related needs but aren’t able to visit a Multi-Agency Resource Center are urged to call the American Red Cross at 1-866-526-8300.
