On March 24, 2016 a report was made to the Orange Police Department concerning photographs located in the 2300 block of 5^th St.  After reviewing the photographs it became clear it is photographs of an children playing and an adult female with a young child close to her body.  The photographs do not portray anything of a sexual nature.  At this time investigators are trying to locate the owner of the photographs in order to return their property.
