Congressman Babin had the special opportunity to present Kaiden Aven with a challenge coin on Tuesday for the kindness, compassion, and concern he showed when he gave up his dog to an elderly man from Zavalla who had just suffered a stroke and lost his own dog.  Congressman Babin said his thoughtfulness should inspire us all!
