ORANGE — A longtime City of Orange employee was recently recognized for his service upon his retirement.

Demetrius Hunter worked for the City of Orange for 22 years.

Hunter began his career with the City in the Utilities Department and spent the past two years working with the Sign Department for Street and Drainage. In addition to being an invaluable employee, Hunter has impacted the City through countless volunteer hours and community involvement, according to information from the City.
