DPS releases name of woman killed in Orange County rollover crash

ORANGE COUNTY — The Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers have released the name of a woman who was killed in a rollover crash Oct. 25.
The woman is identified as 39-year-old Brandy Seelye of Orange.
The preliminary crash investigation indicates that at approximately 10:37 p.m., Oct. 25 a Dodge Caravan was traveling west. It is reported that the driver failed to negotiate a curve properly and entered the ditch, where it struck a concrete culvert and overturned. The crash occurred on Tulane Road, at the intersection of Harmon Road, according to information from DPS.
The driver was pronounced deceased on scene by a Justice of the Peace.
