VIDOR — Firefighters in Orange County battled a Sunday morning fire in Vidor.
Vidor Fire Chief Robert L. Smith said the call came in to Orange County Emergency Services District No. 1 for the fire in the 1000 block of Liberty Street.
The single story wood frame home had light smoke showing when firefighters arrived.
Fire crews used one hand line to extinguish the fire, according to Smith.
The home suffered minor damage, and no injuries were reported during the firefighting operation.
OCESD No. 1 was assisted by Orange County ESD No. 4.
The fire is believed to be accidental in nature, Smith said.
