City Council of the City of Orange will conduct its Regular Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 28, at 5:30 p.m., located at the Orange Public Library Auditorium (City Council Chambers), 220 N. 5th Street, Orange, Texas 77630 via telephonic/video conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”) to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). There will be no public access to the location above.

This Notice and Agenda Packet are posted online at www.orangetexas.net. There are three ways to participate in the Meeting:

(2) Join the Meeting from your smartphone hosted through GoToMeeting (video): Install the GoToMeeting Business App and the Meeting ID Number is: 683-441-189

(3) Join the Meeting from your phone hosted through GoToMeeting (telephonic): Public Toll-Free Dial-In-Number is: 1-866-899-4679 and the Access Code Number is: 683-441-189

The public will be permitted to offer public comments as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the presiding officer during the meeting.

A recording of the telephonic/video meeting will be made and will be available to the public in accordance with the Open Meetings Act upon written request.
