Orange County Judge John Gothia has tested positive for coronavirus.

He’s been quarantined since June 23 and got his positive test results Monday night.

At this point, he said it feels like a typical flu with a headache, fever, sore throat and body aches.

He does not know where he got sick.

Gothia developed a fever of about 100.4 last week and also had a sore throat and noticed he was very tired.

He had a blood test that was negative and took a swab test that came back positive Monday night. He has been self-quarantining since last Tuesday night.
