Remember, now more than ever your health is important. People joke about gaining Corona weight, but it is more serious than that. Do you know people carry 80% toxins in their mid-section? This leads to obesity, high blood pressure, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol etc.
In this time where families are still quarantined, try to teach your children about healthy eating regimes. The United States is so high in obesity and it is time we really focus on good health and exercise.
It takes more than to “diet” for a month, and then go back to our old habits of eating unhealthy. It is going to take discipline, awareness and motivation to learn that being healthy is very vital.
Too many adults and children are suffering from diseases that could have been avoided with healthy lifestyles. I personally do not believe in “diets”, but healthy “lifestyles”. People tend to do a diet then gain back all of their weight because they did it unhealthy. But a healthy lifestyle ensures these are practices you are doing every day to discipline your mind and body to be healthy.
To be healthy is not just something that should be ignored, it is very essential to our lives. It is important to pass down healthy practices to our family roots. It is so important to eat healthy, exercise and drink plenty of water. But practicing good health starts with a positive mindset.
When you have a positive mindset to do better, you will DO BETTER. Once people can put it in their heads that good health is important, people will make GOOD HEALTH a priority. Remember, you have one body, take care of it.
