KOUNTZE — The Bridge City Cardinals, utilizing a balanced attack, took down the Kountze Lions 67-45 on the road Tuesday.

Austin Richardson and Kolten Weeks each popped for 14 points for the Redbirds.

Zeke Champagne and Beau Martin chimed in with 12 points apiece.

The Cardinals (3-1) return to action next Tuesday when they visit Kirbyville.
