Milton Joseph Pellerin, Sr., 90 of Orange, Texas passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Mid-Jefferson Extended Care in Nederland, Texas.
Milton was born November 29, 1927 in Port Arthur, Texas to Edward Joseph Pellerin and Ora Marie Romero Pellerin.
Milton was a resident of Orange for 17 years and former resident of Groves for 32 years. He retired from Gulf States Utilities after 35 years of service as a supervisor. He was a member of St. Helen’s Catholic Church in Orangefield where he was a member of the Third Age Group.
Milton proudly served in the U. S. Navy during World War II and was also a member of the American Legion Post #250.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Margaret Elizabeth Pellerin; grandson, Michael Scott Woodfield; and two triplet daughters.
Survivors include his daughters, Linda Girard and husband George of Magnolia Springs, Evelyn Plessala of Orange, Vickie Hubert and husband Steven of Groves, Natalie Ballard and husband Bruce of Groves, and Mary Martin and husband Boo Boo of Groves; son, Milton J. Pellerin, Jr. and wife Trudy of Bridge City; sister, Velma Grimm of LaPorte; seventeen grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren; and his four legged Toby.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 2, 2018 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Deacon Tim Istre officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday evening from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
