Tabatha Hubert is the owner of a daycare called Grandmother’s Love. The daycare has been opened November 2016.
Her grandson Caysen was her inspiration.
“When my daughter got pregnant with our first grandson, I knew the daycare facilities in Orange, Texas were limited.” Hubert said to me as we were conversing. “I knew I wanted to have him in a facility where he would be safe and secure.”
This was the reason Tabatha Hubert started her own daycare.
“She is absolutely awesome with my kiddos! My one year old counts to three, hums her ABC’s, and absolutely adores Mrs. Hubert,” Kianna Edwards- Brooks stated to me when I interviewed some of the parents of the children in Hubert’s facility.
“She feeds the kiddos very well every day; I think that is why my baby girl likes going there so much,” Brooks ended as she giggled to me.
“My children love her as well. I have to bribe my daughter A’Niya every time we leave Hubert,” Sharissa Richard stated about the humble woman.
Tabatha Hubert is married to her husband Elvis Hubert. They have two children together, 26 and 23.
She was an Executive Administrative Assistant in the Human Resource Department for West Orange School District for 12 years. She graduated from Lamar Orange in 1989 and continues to volunteer in the great city of Orange.
Hubert‘s humility and love for children keep her busy and happy. She is respected by her peers and her character speaks for itself.
It is one thing to have a day care and run it, but when you have one where you call it a family, there is a difference.
Mrs. Hubert you are doing an excellent job and continue the great work! The city of Orange, Texas appreciates you and your love to care for our children. Thank you.
