Sgt. Aleta Cappen of the Vidor Police Department was the guest speaker at Vidor Rotary Club’s Monday meeting. She talked about the need for donations to Blue Santa for the at least two hundred gifts they will provide.  There is a tree at WalMart with the names of children on it, for those who want to choose a child to buy for.  Cappen says the deadline to get gifts to the police station is December 7th.
