A Changing of the Flag ceremony was observed at Optimist Village on Wednesday. Linda Smith donated the American flag from her husband who gave his life during the Vietnam War. Smith also served in the Army. Several veterans and other residents of Optimist Village attended the ceremony conducted by the Honor Guard from the V.F.W Post.
