DEWEYVILLE — The Deweyville Lady Pirates hammered Sabine pass 25-17, 25-10, 26-14 in district volleyball action Tuesday as senior leader Kennidee Willis topped the 2,000-career kill mark.

The win pushed the Lady Pirates to 24-12 overall and 6-2 in district.

Willis led the way Tuesday with 13 kills while Brooke Smith had 11.

Winnie Watts posted 17 assists and five aces while Gabby Dupuy added 11 digs.
