Eugene Quibodeaux was arrested last week after the Orange County Grand Jury indicted him on a charge of continual sexual abuse of a child.
Quibodeaux, 66, has since posted bond and released from jail pending a trial.
If convicted, Quibodeaux could face 25 years to life in prison without parole.
