For the second time in recent history, the Orange Fire Department held a pinning ceremony for newly promoted personnel at the Central Fire Station earlier this past week. Pictured, from left to right, are newly promoted personnel, Capt. Jeremy Burch, Capt. Jason Maddox, Capt. Cody Caples and Capt. Randy LaSalle. All four men have served at least four years at the rank of Firefighter. These positions were filled due to previous promotions and retirements.
