Sandra Kay Jones Forward, 64, of Midland, TX, formally of Orange, TX, departed this life on Wednesday, July 13, 2016.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, at El Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 704 12th St, Orange, TX, on Saturday, July 23, 2016. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, at the church. Burial will follow at Magnolia Memorial Gardens Cemetery, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Her love and memories will remain in the hearts of her son, Larry H. Forward, Jr. of Midland, TX; sisters, Rutha D. Knolley-Clark (Gussie) and Necie Broussard (Henry) both of Orange, TX; brother, James G. Paige (Henrietta) of Orange, TX; Godson, Dr. Timothy Chargois (Imogene) of Beaumont, TX; 6 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, loved ones, and friends.
