SANDRA HUTSON

SANDRA HUTSON of Starks, Louisiana was born on September 5, 1943 and passed from this life on April 18, 2018 at her residence in Starks.  On April 11, 2018 she and her husband, William, celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary.  She was a lifelong member of First Pentecostal Church of Starks.  She loved her church and her church family. She also loved working in her flower garden.  Sandra was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister and she will greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, William Lloyd Hutson, her children, Richard Clark of Virginia, Robert Clark of Starks, Louisiana, Kim  Dorman of Corpus Christi, Texas, Jeff Hutson of Starks, Louisiana and grandchildren, Danielle, Anthony and Ashley.  She is also survived by her sisters, Frankie Fountain and Doris Smith of Starks, Louisiana and Brenda Pearson of  Doyline, Louisiana, along with numerous nephews and nieces. She is also survived by her lifelong friend, Sis. Rose Sartin.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Buxton and her brothers, Ronald Buxton and Kenneth Gore.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 20, 2018 from 5 – 8:00 P.M. at The First Pentecostal Church of Starks, Louisiana.  The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at The First Pentecostal Church of Starks with Pastor Karl Smith officiating.  Interment will follow at Doyle Cemetery.

Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith Funeral Home, 1810 West Fourth Street, DeQuincy, Louisiana.
