Phyllis Ann Richard

Phyllis Ann Richard, 62, passed away at Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, TX. She was born on August 30, 1956 in Sulphur, LA to Thelma King Baloney and Edward Baloney. She attended Vinton Middle School and graduated from Vinton High School in 1974.  She enjoyed visiting with family, traveling, and creating memories with those she loved.  She is survived by her children, Bryce Richard, Michael Ward, Ericka Beasley, 5 grandchildren, and siblings – Brenda Riggs, Edward Baloney Jr., Curley Baloney, Michael Baloney, and Carl Baloney. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The viewing for Phyllis Ann Richard will take place from 10:00 – 12:00 pm on Saturday, May 11th, 2019 at Morning Star Baptist Church and The Celebration of Life will begin immediately after the viewing at 12:00 pm and will be officiated by Pastor Elijah Jasper. Burial will be in Benevolent Cemetery.
