Dottie Block-Lambert

Dottie Block-Lambert, 66, of Orange, Texas, passed away on February 6, 2020, in Beaumont, Texas.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday, February 8, 2020, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Born in Orange, Texas, on October 23, 1953, she was the daughter of Harold Wayne Block and Betty Lou Loicano Block. Dottie spent many years working as a secretary for Spindletop MHMR as well as Talons Marine. She loved watching soap operas in her spare time. When Dottie was able to, she enjoyed going to the river, barbequing, and dancing. She was a very loving mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Betty Block; and her brother, Gus Block.

Dottie is survived by her children, Jason Larkin and wife Rebecca, Bryan Larkin, Matthew Lambert and wife Angela, Carissa LeBouf, and Justin Lambert and wife Hollie; 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; siblings, Jesse Cole and husband Robert and David Block and wife Katie; along with her best friend, Theresa Allen; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family and friends.
