Kiwanis of Orange Past President Bill Klein and Vice President Harry Vine dedicate a new handicap accessible swing set at West Park City Park in Pinehurst on Saturday. The civic organization donated the swing to the city which assembled and installed the newest piece of playground equipment at the park.
