Cecil M Heard, 73 left this world March 22, 2019. He was graduate of Lutcher Stark HS, UT, an Army Veteran and avid sports enthusiast. Survived by daughter Jennifer H Rives, 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, brother Gayland Heard(Virginia) 3 nieces, 1 nephew. Cremation with memorial will be at a later date.
