BC power teams fare well at Nederland

NEDERLAND — The Bridge City Powerlifting Teams finished their regular season Thursday at the Nederland Meet. Although they are not bringing home first this time, the girl’s team clinched second place, while the boys brought home fifth. Their individual results are as follows.
Freshman Faith Savoie placed third in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 335 pounds.
Junior Sadie Stone placed second in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 660 pounds.
Junior Hannah Kincannon placed fifth in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 600 pounds.
Senior Lacey Pender placed first in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 810 pounds.
Sophomore Gracie Fontenot placed fourth in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 675 pounds.
Senior Jadyn Cunningham placed first in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 670 pounds.
Junior Jana Stahlhut placed second in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 560 pounds.
Senior Chloe LeJeune placed first in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 775 pounds.
Freshman Evelyn Lecea placed third in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 575 pounds.
Junior Jake Potter placed first in his weight class by lifting a total weight of 950 pounds.
Sophomore Spencer Beck placed fourth in his weight class by lifting a total weight of 615 pounds.
Freshman Trey Hebert placed second in his weight class by lifting a total weight of 965 pounds.
Junior Josh Fuselier placed first in his weight class by lifting a total weight of 910 pounds.
Sophomore Kyler Thomas placed fourth in his weight class by lifting a total weight of 915 pounds.
Freshman Dalton Landry placed fifth in his weight class by lifting a total weight of 785 pounds.
Junior Trenton Roccaforte placed fifth in his weight class by lifting a total weight of 905 pounds.
Freshman Anthony Yankosky placed fifth in his weight class by lifting a total weight of 750 pounds.
