The weather is just not cooperating with Orange County.
Wet Paint signs were out on Monday at the Port Administration Building as workers attempt to get caught up on repairs while the weather was compliant.
Commissioners also agreed to advertise for bids for the painting of 905 Pier Road and Warehouse 6 on Alabama.
One person stated she had only seen 905 Pier Road painted once in 15 years and the facelift would help prepare the building for marketing.
Commissioners also approved entering into a Chapter 381 Economic Development Agreement with Jefferson Gulf Coast Energy Partners, LLC. It is the first time the company seek an agreement with the port. Other abatements and/or Chapter 381 were made solely with Orange County Commissioners court.
