Vidor attorney Darrell Minton was the guest speaker for Vidor Rotary Club.  He spoke about the upcoming Vidor ISD school bond election representing the Citizens’ Action Committee.  Minton did a presentation and answered questions from the group, which meets on Mondays at noon upstairs at Capital One Bank.
