The Gamma Upsilon chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa teacher honorary sorority visited the Vidor United Christian Care Center on Monday evening, January 13 for their regular meeting.  The group was hosted by Gayle Nagai and Glenn Ledger of the Center, who took them on a tour and explained the various programs offered to Vidor residents.  These include monthly food, clothing, books, and holiday baskets, among other things. The ADK sisters each brought something to donate to the Center in support of its programs. The group adopts the United Christian Care Center one month a year as an altruistic project, providing canned food or other food items and financial gifts.
