VIDOR — A home in Vidor had minor damage after a fire June 4.

Orange County Emergency Services District No. 1 Fire Chief Robert L. Smith said authorities received the call of the fire at approximately 7:37 a.m. June 4 for the structure fire in the 3200 bloc of Lakeview Cutoff.

Upon arrival, the single-story wood frame home had light smoke showing.

Fire crew used one hand line to extinguish the fire.

The structure suffered minor damage, Smith said.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental in nature.
