WEST ORANGE — A woman is recovering after being truck by a train near Orange Lions Park earlier this week, authorities said.
West Orange Fire Chief David Roberts said the collision occurred at approximately 8 a.m. Tuesday near Main Street.
He said it appears the woman was walking down the tracks and attempted to cross over, fell and broke her arm when she was struck.
The woman was listed in stable condition and recovering, according to authorities.
